Objectives of the Assignment:
Under the supervision of the Assistant Country Director, democratic governance cluster and in close collaboration with the cluster’s project managers the consultant will be responsible for delivering annual results reporting for each of the 11 projects being managed by the cluster. The incumbent will be required to design the format for and draft high quality annual results reports in conjunction with each project for 2012 following UNDP results management best practice. They will also synergize all of the reports in summary form to report on the work of the entire cluster. This should be of professional publication quality to showcase the work of the cluster to internal and external stakeholders. All reports should submit in individual project based reports as well as an edited compendium.
Scope of work and expected outputs / deliverables:
Design the format and structure of the results reporting for the cluster projects. Guidance and mentoring to M&E officers of the projects on results report writing. A high quality result report 2012 for the cluster and the projects.
The key results will strengthen external and internal communication of UNDP CO and highlight the cluster’s programmes by providing an accurate picture of the achievements and impacts made to people in Bangladesh. The results report is a key tool for the cluster in showcasing the successes of the current programmes to the national government and donors. Through the process of reporting, the project staff and the cluster will be able to identify gaps, synergies between projects and ensure more strategic targets are set in the forthcoming annual workplans. Mid of December 2012 will present his or her result.

The Supervision and Performance Evaluation of the consultant shall be done by Assistant Country Director (Governance).
