Background

Under the overall guidance of the HR Manager, the HR Intern provides overall HR support services ensuring high quality of work, ensures accurate, timely and properly recorded/documented service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

Description of Responsibilities :

Provides effective support to the HR Unit focusing on achievement of the following results:

  • Support in maintaining proper filing system
  • Implementation of electronic storage system (e-archiving)
  • Preparation of UN ID Cards

Impact of Results:
The key results have an impact on the execution of the CO HR services in terms of quality and accuracy of work completed.

Required Skills and Experience

Education:
Applicants are enrolled in a degree programme in a graduate school at the time of application and during the internship; or have completed at least four years of full-time studies at a university or equivalent institution towards the completion of a degree, if pursuing their studies in countries where higher education is not divided into undergraduate and graduate stages.

Experience:
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.). Experience in handling of web-based management systems.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
