OCHA ROCCA makes sure that Governments, civil society and international actors are well prepared, so that in the face of slow- or sudden-onset emergencies, the entire humanitarian community joins efforts to assist affected people.

Through its information management activities, ROCCA aims to support timely, better, and more informed programmatic and strategic decisions on humanitarian action in the Caucasus and Central Asia. A key priority is to improve information management preparedness in the region.
