Duties and Responsibilities

The objective of the project is increasing warehouse space and adaptation of the Lusaka central medical store.

Competencies

Required Skills and Experience

Education:

Master’s degree in architecture, construction engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

At least 12 years’ proven working experience in the construction sector of which 5 or more shall correspond to international experience;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the preparation and supervision of large construction projects including storage infrastructure
Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading and managing teams;
Capacity to deliver work under pressure is a key asset for this assignment;
Experience in turnkey solutions is an asset;
Experience in the region and SADEC countries is essential;
Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse construction/rehabilitation is an asset;
Capacity to deliver work under pressure is a key asset for this assignment;
