Duties and Responsibilities

Functions / Key Results Expected:

  1. Assist in collecting, consolidating, maintaining and updating relevant database.
  2. Management of related files and documents.
  3. Research and development of working documents, compilation of background materials, and statistical data.
  4. Support to arrangement of meetings and appointments for the Team and preparation of necessary supporting documents and minutes, etc.
  5. Maintenance of rosters of partners, telephone lists and compile booklets for business cards
  6. Attend meetings with counterparts as required, prepare necessary documents and correspondence
  7. Preparation of informal translations

  1. Proficient skills in Microsoft office applications;
  2. Strategic thinking and analytical skills;
  3. Tactful and responsible; Able to keep confidentiality

Required Skills and Experience

  1. Master student in economy or other related social sciences;
  2. Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, preferably, both languages at native level
