Duties and Responsibilities
Functions / Key Results Expected:
- Assist in collecting, consolidating, maintaining and updating relevant database.
- Management of related files and documents.
- Research and development of working documents, compilation of background materials, and statistical data.
- Support to arrangement of meetings and appointments for the Team and preparation of necessary supporting documents and minutes, etc.
- Maintenance of rosters of partners, telephone lists and compile booklets for business cards
- Attend meetings with counterparts as required, prepare necessary documents and correspondence
- Preparation of informal translations

- Strategic thinking and analytical skills;
- Tactful and responsible; Able to keep confidentiality
Required Skills and Experience
- Master student in economy or other related social sciences;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, preferably, both languages at native level
