Required Skills and Experience

Education:

Bachelor degree or higher in development studies, gender studies, ecology studies, forestry sciences, environmental studies, political science, or other related fields in natural sciences and social studies.

Experience:

A minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in engendering community engagement and participation in conservation projects;
Extensive knowledge in the field of community based natural resource management (CBNRM) and experiences in application of CBNRM principles in the field;
Sound knowledge of gender analysis in project design and management Familiarity with Indonesia’s institutions and policy framework related to forest landscape planning and management and biodiversity conservation;
Familiarity with Indonesia’s institutions and policy framework related to forest landscape planning and management and biodiversity conservation.
