Required Skills and Experience

Academic Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher in natural resource management, forest management, agriculture, business or related fields

Experience:

Eight years’ experience working in Indonesian government, preferably relevant agencies such as ministries of environment, forestry, agriculture, planning etc.
At least four years working experience and expertise of climate change and forestry issues
Working experience on agricultural smallholders and extension systems, preferably oil palm smallholders
