Background
Under the guidance and supervision of the Programme Assistant, the Cleaning Services Aide provides reliable cleaning services.
The Cleaning Services Aide demonstrates a client-oriented approach, tact and ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
Duties and Responsibilities
Clean offices of UNDP/SGP/MFF/EU GCCA+ as indicated by PA
- Sweep and Mop all floors;
- Ensure waste is collected from offices and disposed accordingly;
- Polish the furniture;
- Cleaning of toilets/other public areas such as corridor or meeting room as required and if necessary
- Water plants;
- Clean windows;
- Any other duties as applicable.
Tasks and Deliverables
- Effective provision of cleaning services for the assigned premises/space;
- Maintenance of high hygiene and green office/premises environment;
- Provision of beverages to the office staff and guests.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Primary education; secondary education desirable.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of work experience.
Language:
- Good knowledge of the national language of the duty station.
