- Takes objective and clear notes for up to 75 interviews per year per each consultant recruited during the contract duration; identifying strengths and weakness of candidates as measured against articulated competencies;
- In consultation with the Human Resource representative on the interview panel, drafts the interview report in a concise and accurate manner;
- Prepares the interview report on a standard template the same day, when possible, or by the next day and then circulates to panel members for comments;
- Coordinates edits/changes to the interview report and submits final report to OHR representative.

Qualifications et expériences requises
Education:- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience;
- Excellent listening and writing skills;
- Ability to draft concisely and accurately discussions during the interview;
- Familiarity with UN competency-based interviewing desirable;
- Understanding of the UNDP context a distinct advantage; and Full knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other UN languages an asset;
- Individual Consultants will be evaluated based on a cumulative analysis taking into consideration the combination of the applicants’ qualifications and financial proposal.
- The award of LTA will be made to the individual consultant whose offer has been evaluated and determined as:
- a)Responsive / compliant / acceptable
- b)Having received the highest score out of pre-determined set of weighted technical and financial criteria specific to the solicitation.
- p = points for the financial proposal being evaluated
- y = maximum number of points for the financial proposal
- μ = price of the lowest priced proposal
- z = price of the proposal being evaluated
- Desk review (long listing)
- Written technical assessment (only long listed candidates will be invited )
- Competency-based interview (shortlisted candidates only). The following weight will be for each assessment criteria:

- Financial proposal specifying a daily rate in USD and shall be all-inclusive and shall take various expenses incurred by the consultant/ contractor during the contract period
