Compétences
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent writing and reporting skills in English particularly in preparing issue-based papers or reports;
- Evidence of previous engagement in areas similar to the current assignment; and
- Strong knowledge of project management;
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills;
- Sound knowledge of the UNODC Treatnet training package will be an advantage;
- Previous knowledge or work with the United Nations system and/or other international organizations an advantage.
Qualifications et expériences requises
Education
- Advanced University degree in health, psychology, social sciences or other related fields.
Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in drug dependence treatment, working with health institutions and developing training programmes and/or delivering training to health professionals;
- Sound knowledge and wide experience working with government, drug treatment centres and universities, especially in the Nigerian context
Language
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
