Competencias

Competencies and skill requirements

Proven record of success project document development in any international organization
Good understanding of Global Environmental Facility (GEF) overview
Acquired structured tactical, efficient, and effective lobbying skill in dealing with multi-stakeholders in sustainable development projects
Well connected with wide professional network in regard to government officials especially Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Computer literacy (word processing, spread-sheets, PowerPoint) is expected with statistical analysis skills a plus; familiar with Project Planning Matrix for energy project

Proficient in English language, both spoken and written.
Ability to write project reports particularly for international funded project, make presentation

Proven record of international publication and writing products in sustainable development is an asset

Habilidades y experiencia requeridas

Academic Qualifications

Master degree of science or engineering

Years of experience

A minimum of 2 (two) years experiences in any type of sustainable energy/climate change projects/programme.
Substantive experience in development of project concept in renewable energy or energy efficiency.
Experienced in providing technical support and desk research for energy project document (ProDoc) development and wide working experienced in the project management and planning is a must
Experienced in analysing the available policies on renewable energy and energy efficiency market in Indonesia.

Proven track record of experience in project liaising with Government of Indonesia, and stakeholders consultation process and advance knowledge of Indonesia government system, bureaucracy and country context
Familiar with strategic coordination of regional ASEAN or global scale projects, particularly in sustainable development projects
