Duties and Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience
Undergraduates (Bachelors) degree holders with additional 2 years of relevant work experience will be considered, however preference will be given to those holding Master’s Degree.Required Selection Criteria:
- Master or bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Development, Political Sciences, Management, Economics, International Development, Public Administration, Public Policy, Law and Legislation, Human Rights, Post War/Conflict Recovery, Business Administration, Computer Science or any other field related to the areas of expertise as mentioned above.
- With Master’s degree 2 years to 5 years of relevant work experience and with bachelor degree Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience at professional level in one of the above mentioned areas preferably in development in a governmental or multilateral organization is desirable.
- Applicants must be Afghan national
- Female applicants with Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience will also be considered;
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Dari and/or Pashto;
- Proficiency in English an essential.
