Background

The Human Development Policy and Research Network (HDPN) – an expansion of the Economic Policy Institute Network (EPIN) - seeks to support and promote initiatives aimed at improved understanding of the economic aspects of human development, social inclusion and strengthening regional cooperation in Eurasia.
