Grâce à son réseau mondial, le PNUD recherche et partage des solutions novatrices à la prévention des crises, à l'alerte rapide et au règlement des conflits. Il est sur le terrain dans presque tous les pays en développement, aidant à combler le fossé entre les secours d'urgence et le développement à long terme pour les crises à venir.
