The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. The External Relations and Communications Section builds and nurtures corporate donor relations, strategically leads the donor resource mobilization platform and conducts coherent communications efforts to highlight the value of volunteerism for peace and development and the contributions of UNV and UN Volunteers.

The graphic design work should be done by one designer only. The graphic designer will work closely with the UNV Communications team and be responsible for the following tasks/duties:

Evaluation of applicants
Individual consultants will be evaluated based on the Combined Scoring method taking into consideration the combination of the applicants’ qualifications and financial proposal.
Applicants obtaining 49 points or more of the total technical points will be considered for financial evaluation.
Combined weighted scoring: Technical (70%); Financial (30%).
