The following contractor will support the work OICT has been asked to carry out as a partner within the framework of the "United Nations Office of Counter Terrorism / United Nations Counter-Terrorism Centre's Global Coordinated Programme on Detecting, Preventing and Countering the Financing of Terrorism," which seeks to enhance the capacity of all Member States in the implementation of Security Council Resolutions 2462 (2019) and 2482 (2019) calling for the strengthening of global efforts to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism. OICT is building a proof of concept (PoC) for goFintel, the next-generation software platform, which aims to enhance Member States' capacity to collect, use, retain, and transfer tactical and strategic intelligence by employing emerging technologies remaining in compliance with international and regional standards.

Evaluation Criteria: The award of the contract shall be made to the individual consultant whose offer has been evaluated and determined as a response and having received the highest score out of a pre-determined set of weighted technical and financial criteria specific to the solicitation.
Only candidates obtaining a minimum of 49 points (70% of the total technical points) would be considered for the financial evaluation. Technical Evaluation Criteria:
Financial Evaluation Criteria: Technically qualified consultants will be requested to submit their lump sum rate i.e., consultants who score more than or equivalent 70% i.e. 49 marks with respect to the above-mentioned evaluation criteria. Consultant should not specify their consultancy fee on their CV or with the submission. The CV will not be evaluated further in case the consultant submits the same. Document Required: Updated Curriculum Vitae (particularly highlighting similar assignments and work experiences); Note: 1. Any kind of miscellaneous charges i.e. internet, phone, relocation charges etc. would not be reimbursed.
