Duties and Responsibilities |

1. Design and develop programme strategies in the area of Ending Violence Against Women and Girls
2. Manage the implementation and management of the Spotlight Initiative
3. Manage the monitoring and reporting of the programme/ project
4. Manage the people and financial resources of the Spotlight Initiative
5. Build partnerships and support in developing resource mobilization strategies
6. Contribute to inter-agency coordination on the Spotlight Initiative to achieve coherence and alignment of UN Women programmes with other partners in Papua New Guinea
7. Manage advocacy, knowledge building and communication efforts
