Skillful communication broadens the impacts of new policies, helps governance reforms take root, and attracts and fosters strong partnerships. The People Analytics Team within the Office of Human Resources/Bureau for Management Services is responsible for the delivery to UNDP clients of a full spectrum of HR Reporting services, with the aim of ensuring that Bureaux and Offices can attract and effectively manage required talent in the culture of high performance, innovation and informed risk-taking. The HR Intern will be supporting the team in collaboration with other OHR teams, in delivering wide ranging services such as workforce analytics, talent management, power BI security maintenance and standard operating systems and organization department tree analysis to mention a few. The incumbent will provide transparent analysis and reporting thru collaborative client-oriented approach thus contributing to foster effective business solutions.
