Duties and Responsibilities |

Scope of Works
The international consultant will provide technical support to:
The international consultant has following tasks and responsibilities:
Task 1: Prepare an inception report and brief summary of intended approach for the assignment
Task 2: Develop M&E system and the indicators (including gender-sensitive, if applicable) for adaptation planning at sub-national level, focusing on selected relevant target sectors in marine and coastal zones related (e.g. fisheries, agriculture, and tourism) and draft a M&E system and list of indicators report
Task 3: Lead organising stakeholder consultation meetings to discuss on indicators and lesson learned and facilitate integration of lessons from project implementation at sub-national level into revision and update of Thailand’s NAP (building on activity 1.1.3, 1.3.2)
Task 4: Participate in a meeting to present integration of lesson learned into NAP revision for validation and facilitate key sector stakeholders in reviewing, discussing, and developing NAP revision
