Duties and Responsibilities

SCOPE OF WORK

Facilitate to the process of SDG progress report, and SDG survey evaluation within 15 pilot provinces
Facilitate to the process of SDG data mapping against the UNDP programme within 15 pilot provinces
Support and on the collection of data to SDG Profile and SDG Survey for the 15 pilot provinces
Provide support to the organization of workshops and consultations group in order to validate the SDG Profile as well as to promote the understanding and awareness raising of SDG for the 15 pilot provinces
Provide advisory support to the engagement of the relevant stakeholders within the 15 pilot provinces: communities, CSOs, government sectors, private sectors, and local media.

Functional requirement

Ability to read and write in Thai and English languages; however, this criterion can be disregarded if believed to disadvantage certain groups, such as women or persons with disabilities.
Ability to speak in the local language would be an advantage.
Positive qualities including trustworthiness, the respect of the community, volunteer spirit,

Gender and cultural sensitivity, and a willingness to be trained.
Availability of at least 6 hours per day with a minimum of 3 days in a week.
The capacity to mobilize and work with the community.

Required Skills and Experience

Academic Qualifications:

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Social Science, Development Studies, International Relations, Business management, Communication, Public Administration, or other related fields. Master’s degree will be advantage.

Experience:

Experience working with government, private, and civil society sectors.
Experience in at least 2 meeting arrangements, preparation of presentations and reporting, documentation in Thai and English
