Duties and Responsibilities
Under the guidance and supervision of the Operations Manager, the Intern provides operational support services ensuring high quality and accuracy of work, execution of transparent and efficient services and processes in CO. The Intern promotes a client, quality and results-oriented approach.
The Intern works in close collaboration with the operations, programme and projects staff in the CO and other UN agencies staff to exchange information, resolve procurement and administrative issues and ensure consistent service delivery.

Competencies
- Knowledge and a proficient user of Microsoft Office productivity tools;
- Some familiarity with graphic design software or web-based tools in an asset
Required Skills and Experience
Education and Experience Candidates must meet one of the following educational requirements:
Language and Skills · English and Mandarin Chinese required; · Knowledge of other UN languages is an advantage;
