Antecedentes

Deberes y responsabilidades
Under the supervision and guidance of the HR Associate, the consultant will participate in interview panels as a note-taker,and produce high quality interview panel report using report template provided by UN Women. Normally 2-5 candidates per interview panel.
Expected Deliverables
High quality interview panel reports, with incorporated comments/inputs from interview panel members within 3 days of commencement of interview.
Contract period and work location
The consultant will be home-based and participate in interview panels online, which will be held tentatively 1 June 2024 – 31 May 2025.
The total number of positions will be based on HR quarterly plan.
UN Women does not warrant that the maximum value of contract will be purchased during the term of the Agreement.

Payments
Payments for this consultancy will be based on the achievement of each deliverable(interview report) and certification that each has been satisfactorily completed by the HR Associate.
Habilidades y experiencia requeridas
Required Skills and Experience
Master’s Degree in Arts, Gender Studies, International Human Rights or relevant social sciences
A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree
At least 5 years of work experience in report writing, communications, and analysis research writing.
Working experience in interview report writing is an asset.
Working experience with the UN is an asset.
Excellent command of English especially on report writing with analysis.
