Qualifications et expériences requises
- Full BRIDGE accreditation at least at the level of Accrediting Facilitator;
- University Degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations or related discipline; Masters degree – an advantage;
- In-depth knowledge of BRIDGE program;
- Experience of capacity building and training activities;
- Previous facilitation or co-facilitation of BRIDGE core modules;
- Previous facilitation or co-facilitation of BRIDGE module on Strategic and Financial Planning;
- Experience in working with transitional and emerging democracies;
- Professional experience in strategic and financial planning matters;
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Romanian would be an advantage.
