Under the guidance and direct supervision of the ICT Associate, the ICT Support Assistant provides ICT and administrative support services to the ICT unit, provides daily technical support to users of information management tools and technology infrastructure. The ICT Support Assistant promotes a client-oriented approach. The ICT Support Assistant works in close collaboration with the Front Office, Programme and Operations teams in a CO and projects for resolving complex ICT-related issues.

Required Skills and Experience |

Education: Special education with preferably specialized training and certification in hardware and software management. University degree in Computer Science would be desirable, but it is not a requirement. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) would be an asset. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Language Requirements: Fluency in Russian, working level of English. This is a locally recruited position
