This work views the implementation of an effective system for receiving, recording, storage, retrieval and dispatch of documents and parcels, and make sure that all documents are organized and accessible in accordance with the rules of UNDP

Required Skills and Experience |

Education: Secondary education. Certification or Bachelor in administration or Archiving is desirable. Experience: 2 years of relevant administrative experience in Registry. Experience in handling of web-based management systems will be considered an asset. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages MS Word, Excel, etc. Language Requirements: Fluency in Portuguese Fluency in English The candidate must have Brazilian Nationality or be legally authorized to work in the country SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: Click "Apply Now".
