Background |

UNDP Brasil Country Office will be responsible for the joint agreement administration for part of the UN agencies located close to the UNDP Country office premises, effective 2011. This activity was managed by an UN agencies pool and from this year it will be transferred to the UNDP Brazil CO responsibility. In order to fulfill this position this office needs a professional dedicated to this activity due to its complexity and workload. The UN agency pool has agreed to hire this specialized professional to work directly to the COMMON PROJECT.

Required Skills and Experience |

Education: Secondary education. Certification or Bachelor in Administration is desirable. Experience: 3 years of relevant administrative experience is required. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages MS Word, Advanced Excel, etc.). Experience in handling of web-based management systems is required. Language Requirements: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. The candidate must have Brazilian Nationality or be legally authorized to work in the country.
