Deliverables
Monitoring/reporting requirements The Consultant will interact with UNDPI focal point to receive any clarifications and guidance that may be needed. He/she will also receive all necessary information from UNDPI office. The Consultant will duly inform UNDPI of any problems, issues or delays arising in the course of implementation of assignment and take necessary steps to address them.

Required Skills and Experience |

Education: At least Bachelor degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising or other relevant field. Language: Fluent Ukrainian and English. Experiences: Minimum 3 years in advertising and conducting outdoor campaigns. Documents to be included when submitting the proposals
Financial proposal: 3 ideas of concepts are divided into 3 LOTs. Please indicate the lump sum price for each LOT separately. Applicant can partially apply for the LOTs. Financial proposals of those candidates whose ideas will be considered successful will be reviewed and evaluated. The financial proposal shall specify a total lump sum amount, and payment terms around specific and measurable (qualitative and quantitative) deliverables (i.e. whether payments fall in installments or upon completion of the entire contract). Payments are based upon output, i.e. upon delivery of the services specified in the TOR. In order to assist the requesting unit in the comparison of financial proposals, the financial proposal will include a breakdown of this lump sum amount (including design, payments for images from stocks, etc.)
Maximum available technical score - 100 points. Cumulative analysis When the selected Offeror has indicated to UNDP that his/her engagement must be formalized through Reimbursable Loan Agreement (RLA) signed by his/her employer with UNDP, the RLA shall be offered to his/her employer, through the focal person and contact details nominated by the selected Offeror.
