UNDP Brasil Country Office will be responsible for the joint agreement administration for part of the UN agencies located close to the UNDP Country office premises, effective 2011 The UN agency pool has agreed to hire this specialized professional to work for the Interagency COMMON PROJECT, regulated by MOU signed between UNDP and UNFPA, UNWOMEN, UNEP and UNAIDS.

Duties and Responsibilities |
|
| 1. Ensures implementation of operational strategies, focusing on achievement of the following results: • Full compliance of administrative activities with UN/UNDP rules, regulations, policies and strategies. • Provision of inputs to preparation of administrative team results-oriented work plans. 2. Provide support to Interagency Common Services Project in order to ensure the following activities: • Prepare common service payments in Atlas and follow up their disbursements with UNDP Finance and perform conciliation. • Prepare reports on Common Project Budget implementation using Atlas system and other tools. • Provide information for UNDP cost recovery from other UN Agencies related to share services in accordance with the policy established in the MOU. • Provide support during the quotation of goods and services related to Common Services, up to the amount of USD 2,500.00. • Attend meetings, prepare minutes and correspondence, follow-up on Common Project activities. • Responsible for following up Common Project Budget. • Provide information to Common Project budget plan. • Performs other administrative duties as required, related to Common Services. • Keep organized and updated procurement files (contracts and POs) regarding Common Services procurement processes. 3. Ensures facilitation of knowledge building and management focusing on achievement of the following results: • Sound contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practice. • Cooperate with other colleagues to accomplish their duties.
