UNDP has rolled out an integrated PeopleSoft system (Atlas) in support of its administrative and management functions. The Global Payroll Services unit (GPS), located in Copenhagen, Denmark, is primarily responsible for the payroll processing of International and locally recruited Staff, UNV Volunteers and Service Contract holders worldwide, for UNDP and partner agencies. The Atlas Technical/Functional Analyst is part of the Atlas HCM Tech Team located within the Global Payroll Services Unit in the Staff Administrative Services Unit of OHR in Copenhagen. The Analyst will work under the supervision of the Manager of the Atlas HCM Tech Team and very closely with the Regional Payroll Associates and the International Payroll Associates in the key functions described below, to ensure an effective global payroll service. The incumbent should possess a strong background and experience in PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Resources and Global Payroll application support and development. The incumbent must be an effective communicator and be able to share knowledge within the team and to the organization. Experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Resources and Global Payroll version 9.1 is required. (Please note that this is a Management Project Funded (MPF) position).
