- Collect all documentation related to 2011 mass media bed nets distribution campaign and lessons learnt;
- Work with the national campaign coordination committee to ensure effective coordination of the implementation of the campaign chronogram, initiating relevant revisions;
- Coordinate the work of all committees and subcommittees put in place for the campaign;
- Organize field visits to regions, sectors and health areas to interact with partners to assess preparedness for LLIN distribution campaign, identify bottlenecks and help addressing these;
- Support the preparation and conduct of micro planning at the local level;
- Coordinate with the logistics team leader the pre-positioning of the LLINs on distribution sites;
- Review campaign budget and propose relevant budgetary revisions in accordance with the campaign action plan.
- Review training plans for the campaign and participate in the organization of the training activities;
- In collaboration with the communication subcommittee, prepare and propose material for high level advocacy for the campaign;
- Put in place an appropriate strategy to monitor and report on the distribution and hang-up of the LLINs;
- Document the entire campaign process with milestones and lessons learnt;
- Submit a detailed report of the campaign with lessons learnt and recommendations.

Qualifications et expériences requises
- Master’s degree in public health or related area.
- At least 5 years of experience in health sector;
- Experience in designing and coordination of mass media health national campaigns in African countries;
- Logistics experience in distribution of Heath Product is desirable;
- Previous experience in logistics or health area in Guinea Bissau will be an asset;.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate team.
- French or Portuguese and working knowledge of English.
