Deberes y responsabilidades
- Provide technical expertise to eight working groups (WGs) on the preparation of gender analysis for end users / beneficiaries of selected transfers / programs / grants (up to 3 workshops in total).
- Provide technical expertise to eight WGs on gender analysis preparation of existing registries, databases and records for end users / beneficiaries of select transfers / programs / grants (up to 3 workshops in total).
- Provide technical expertise to Main Coordinator (Gender Centre of Federation) and Ministry of Finance (MoF) of Federation in preparation of budget user instruction and support with preparation of internal procedures for budget request planning in order to incorporate specific GRB requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to Main Coordinator (Gender Centre of Federation) in proposal development for supporting documents for Budget Framework Document for 2015-2017 – information on GRB.
- Provide technical expertise to MoF in finalization of supporting documents for Budget Framework Document for 2015-2017 – information on GRB for selected transfers / programs / grants.
- Provide technical expertise to Main Coordinator and the MoF to include GRB requirements in the budget instruction number 2.
- Provide technical expertise in preparation of guidelines for eight WGs for inclusion of the GRB in the program tables of the budget instruction number 2.
- Provide technical expertise to eight WGs for inclusion of GRB in the budget requests in accordance with the budget instruction number 2 (up to 3 workshops in total).
- Provide technical expertise to Main Coordinator (Gender Centre of Federation) and Ministry of Finance (MoF) of Federation in preparation and incorporation of the information on GRB in the narrative justification adjoining the Draft Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2015.
- Provide technical expertise to Main Coordinator and eight WGs in preparation of the program of expenditures of the selected transfers / grants / programs for GRB introduction.
- Provide technical expertise to Main Coordinator and eight WGs for inclusion of the GRB requirements in processes and procedures for implementation of programs on the basis of approved expenditure of selected transfers / grants / programs for the GRB introduction.
- Provide technical expertise to Main Coordinator and eight WGs in preparation of the execution report on selected transfers / grants / programs.
- Provide technical expertise to Main Coordinator in preparation of the proposal Priority lists of transfers / grants / programs for GRB introduction which will be implemented in 2015.
- Provide technical expertise to eight WGs in the preparation of annual progress reports - the results achieved in the implementation of GRB in 2014.
- Provide technical expertise to Main Coordinator in preparation of annual progress reports on stage of implementation and results for 2014 in comparison with the SP GRB 2013-2015.
- Provide regular bi-weekly reports to UN Women Project Office on the activities taken the reporting period.

Habilidades y experiencia requeridas
- Masters degree in economics, development, public administration, public policy, gender, social studies or closely related field.
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting processes in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Knowledge of program based budgeting (will be considered and asset).
- Understanding of gender gaps, gender inequalities and status of women in the country.
- Demonstrated experience with Gender Responsive Budgeting initiatives and/or Gender mainstreaming.
- Demonstrated experience in development of training modules and training delivery.
- Experience in working on public administration reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills in English and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian.
- Previous experience working with international organizations will be considered an asset.
- Experience in training development and delivery.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
