Devoirs et responsabilités
- Provide programmatic support on all project activities under the guidance of the National Project Coordinator
- Implement and manage work plan activities as assigned by the NPC
- Support monitoring and evaluation progress of project activities, including through field missions, as assigned by the NPC
- Support preparation and timely submission of monthly, annual reports and final report
- Assist in managing, monitoring and evaluating grants as required
- Provide translation, including editing, as required
- Assist the National COMMIT taskforces in the implementation of their national annual workplans based on the COMMIT Sub-regional Plan of Action
- Provide technical support to the design and implementation of national level activities, trainings and workshops, with various partners
- Support capacity building initiatives as required by the Country Office
- Support and lead data collection initiatives
- Identify potential local anti-trafficking partners and support them through capacity building initiatives and joint activities in addressing human trafficking
- Facilitate the identification of new and emerging issues, as well as effective responses to address the issues
- Manage information and communications initiatives at the country level
- Develop database of national project counterparts and keep updated
- Collate monthly news updates and develop further communications tools
- Provide material for updates to the website
- Engage with local media and promote stories on human trafficking
- Organize and facilitate visits/interviews with media and other stakeholders
- Participate in workshops, meetings, conferences relevant to the project
- Take meeting minutes as required
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the NPC

Qualifications et expériences requises
- Master Degree in social science or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of professional working experience in the field of human trafficking and/or migration in Cambodia;
- At least 2 years of professional working experience in project planning and implementation;
- Experience working with government departments, international and local organizations;
- Experience working with partners in the Greater Mekong Sub-region is an advantage;
- Field experience in migration or human trafficking related issues is an advantage;
- Knowledge on gender and human rights issues is an advantage;
- Literacy in Window-based computer applications.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Khmer.
