Background

Under the overall guidance of the Unit Manager, the Operations Intern provides overall operations support services ensuring high quality of work, ensures accurate, timely and properly recorded/documented service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provides effective support to the Operations Unit focusing on achievement of the following results:

  • Support in maintaining proper filing system;
  • Implementation of electronic storage system (e-archiving);
  • Organizational support in operations processes;
  • Other administrative support to Operations Unit.

The key results have an impact on the execution of the CO Operations services in terms of quality and accuracy of work completed.

Required Skills and Experience

Education:

  • Enrolled student of graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher) in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Science, International Relations or related field; or
  • Enrolled student in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent; or
  • Graduate student within one-year of graduation.

Experience:

  • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Experience in handling of web-based management system.

Language knowlage 

  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
