UN Women Georgia Country Office, as part of the UN Country Team, has been providing technical and financial assistance to national partners related to the country’s national and international commitments to women’s rights and gender equality. Key areas of UN Women’s support include ending violence against women and girls, women’s participation in decision-making, economic empowerment of women, and the enhancement of women’s participation in peace and security processes. UN Women has been working with a wide variety of national and international development partners, including other UN Agencies and Programmes.
In June 2015, UN Women launched a website “Georgia.unwomen.org”, which is providing information about UN Women’s work in Georgia. The website is bi-lingual, Georgian and English. To ensure high quality of the Georgian version of the website and of the other materials published by the UN Women Country Office, a native speaker (Georgian) editor/ proofreader will be recruited.

Required Skills and Experience
The candidates will be evaluated against the following technical and financial criteria:
Maximum total technical score amounts to 350 points. Only candidates who have passed over the minimum qualification criteria and have accumulated at least 245 points out of maximum 350 under technical evaluation will qualify for the next stage i.e. evaluation of their financial proposals.
Evaluation of submitted financial offers will be done based on the following formula: S = Fmin / F * 150
S – score received on financial evaluation;
Fmin – the lowest financial offer out of all the submitted offers qualified over the technical evaluation round;
F – financial offer under consideration.
The winning candidate will be the candidate, who has accumulated the highest aggregated score (technical scoring + financial scoring).
The selected candidate will report to and work under direct supervision of the UN Women Communication Officer and/or Programme Specialist.
Payment will be disbursed upon submission of quarterly summary reports and the approval of deliverables by UN Women Communication Officer and/or Programme Specialist that the services have been satisfactory and timely performed.
