Climate change, natural resources, circular economy and energy are the focused areas of the Output2/Planet. UNDP is recruiting a specialist on climate change adaptation to provide support to ensure effective and quality policy and technical services to the government.

Green Climate Fund (GCF) is the world’s largest dedicated fund helping developing countries to reduce their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and enhance their ability to adapt to climate change. It was set up by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in 2010. Cambodia as a least developed country has access to the fund to support its climate actions to contribute to the common goals of UNFCCC through Ministry of Environment (MoE) as National Designated Authority (NDA) and various international and national accredited entities to implement the activities. National Committee for sub-national Democratic Development (NCDD) was accredited to GCF as a direct access of the fund, “Accredited Entities” and is now in its early stage to fulfill the conditions of accreditation and the development of Entity work Program.
