Background

The required service relates to Component 4 (RE Commercialization) of the DREAMS project. SF4RE is a grant facility, under the DREAMS Project, that will provide services and goods to help eligible partners in implementing renewable energy endeavors. SF4RE will enhance local RE investment by accelerating the deployment of renewable energy systems, and enhance local capabilities to innovate, create, operate, and maintain these systems.
