Required Skills and Experience
1) Education:
- Post-graduate university degree or an equivalent combination of relevant training and field experience in the areas of social studies, anthropological research, gender, or peace and security;
2) Experience:
- a. Minimum research experience of eight years in social sciences, law-enforcement, or in women, peace and security;
- b. Previous experience in assisting CP officers in establishing or in strengthening service delivery of the CP models, or gender mainstreaming in the security sector is desirable;
- c. Minimum two years of experience in conducting research and assessments in the Community Policing sector or a similar field is a must;
- d. Efficient use of Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
3) Language requirements:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
