Duties and Responsibilities

Under the guidance and supervision of the Operations Manager, the Intern provides operational support services ensuring high quality and accuracy of work, execution of transparent and efficient services and processes in CO. The Intern promotes a client, quality and results-oriented approach. The Intern works in close collaboration with the operations, programme and projects staff in the CO and other UN agencies staff to exchange information, resolve procurement and administrative issues and ensure consistent service delivery.
The intern is also expected to have proficient English editing skills and be able to conduct Chinese to English and English to Chinese text translation.

Major in translation, interpreting, English, International Development, International Business or other relevant fields is strongly desired.
