Background |
|
As a result of the Regional Bureau of Asia and the Pacific (RBAP)’s commitment to promote knowledge-sharing, professional growth and learning, the Bureau, in collaboration with Office of Information Systems and Technology (OIST), Office of Human Resources (OHR) and Bureau of Policy and Programme Support (BPPS), has designed a Talent Map tool that aims to obtain a clear and detailed picture of the talent and expertise in the region. This tool is aligned with the thematic priorities of the new Strategic Plan and UNDP’s new competency framework. OHR is using it as a pilot for the roll out of UNDP’s corporate talent management effort. As part of the implementation of this Talent Mapping tool for RBAP, Bangkok Regional Hub (BRH) is looking for a qualified HRD consultant to fully support this roll out. This consultant will assist in the communication and validation processes of the Talent Mapping.
