UN Women, grounded in the vision of equality enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, works for the elimination of discrimination against women and girls; the empowerment of women; and the achievement of equality between women and men as partners and beneficiaries of development, human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security. Placing women's rights at the center of all its efforts, the UN Women leads and coordinates the United Nations system efforts to ensure that commitments on gender equality and gender mainstreaming translate into action throughout the world.
Scope of work
The main objective of this assignment is to provide expert analytical and editing support in the process of finalisation of the Mapping Study on vulnerabilities and social exclusion with gender lenses. The aim of the assignment is to validate the interpretation of the findings, strengthen the gender perspective and contribute to the finalization of a high-quality final study report.
For achieving this goal, the international expert will work, consult and coordinate with the GRB Regional Project Manager, GRP programme team in the country and the team of expert researchers. The data of the study will be available to the international expert for further gender interpretation if needed. The international expert will be responsible for informing regularly UN Women on the progress and for submitting the required deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities
Based on the above-described objectives of the assignment, under the supervision of the GRB Regional Project Manager and in cooperation with team of experts and researchers, the International expert is expected to undertake the following tasks:

All deliverables should be submitted to the GRB Regional Project Manager and the UN Women GRB country Project team. All materials and reports produced under this ToR should be submitted in English language, and in concise and user-friendly language.

The maximum number of points assigned to the financial proposal is allocated to the lowest price proposal. All other price proposals receive points in inverse proportion. A suggested formula is as follows:
