Personal CV or P11, indicating all past positions held and their main underlying functions, their durations (month/year), the qualifications, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate, and at least three (3) the most recent professional references of previous supervisors. Office/Unit/Project Description
In 2022 it will be fifty years since the first United Nations conference on the human environment was organized – the 1972 Stockholm Conference. The Government of Sweden will host a high-level global Meeting in conjunction with this anniversary from 2-3 June 2022 with the theme: “Stockholm+50: a healthy planet for the priority of all - our responsibility, our opportunity,” The objective of the Meeting is to contribute to accelerating a transformation that leads to sustainable and green economies, more jobs, and a healthy planet for all, where No One is Left Behind during the last Decade of Action for the 2030 Agenda. The Government of Sweden, UNDP and UNEP have identified a series of strategic opportunities to help ensure that the Stockholm+50 International Meeting catalyzes greater impact in developing and developed countries. These include preparations leading up to the Conference, the design of the meeting itself, as well as post-Conference follow-up activities and legacy initiatives.
A Online Network Coordinator is sought to support the entire national consultations. The Online Network Coordinator will support the SparkBlue team managing Stockholm+50 national consultations on SparkBlue.
The work will be done through the SDG Integration team, reporting to the SDG Engagement Specialist, he/she is responsible for providing coordination, technical support, community management, content management and event management support and training.
Institutional Arrangement
The Online Network Coordinator will report to the SDG Engagement Specialist in the SDG Integration team, and will work closely with colleagues in the Stockholm+50 and SparkBlue team.

Scope of Work
Monitor the SparkBlue (SparkBlue.org) Stockholm +50 sites, ensuring countries’ engagements are well reflected
- Conduct a weekly review of the 59 National Consultation spaces and produce a weekly summary for management.
- Maintain database of approximately 177 space admins and provide an onboarding process for each new admin so that they can manage their content immediately
Contact those country offices that are behind in reflecting their activities on SparkBlue, or who have pending tasks on SparkBlue (such as approving comments).
- Conduct daily calls as the focal point to support live-streaming of in-person and online events on SparkBlue. Support Country Offices adding multimedia such as video/recordings, audio and images into SparkBlue.
- Manage the addition of moderators to the discussion pages and provide support for the publishing of comments
- Work with Country Offices to troubleshoot SparkBlue Stockholm +50 National Consultation spaces
- Train country offices in adding events and updating SparkBlue content, including through a series of bi-weekly Orientation calls. Provide how-to-guides on managing content, people and comments
- Keep the administrators and moderators access to SparkBlue Stockholm +50 National Consultations spaces updated and support their training on the use of the platform
Ensure landing pages are updated based on template produced by UX designer

Support SparkBlue taxonomy update and consistency across the CoPs
- Audit SparkBlue taxonomy to identify thematic tags that now have a community behind them and transfer those tags to CoP tags
- Align sparkblue tags with corporate taxonomy
Provide inputs to build guidelines on SparkBlue tagging
- draft SOP/guidelines for creation of new sparkblue tags
- Draft guidelines for when a tag should be added as a community tag
- Draft guidelines for when a tag should be a thematic tag
- Identify any additional tag categories needed in the system (country, regional, and any other tag categories)
Supporting inquiries for tech support and content management from additional SparkBlue community leads and external focal points
- serve as focal point for intake of content management requests from teams making use of spparkblue
- support existing community managers with content management needs
Support in concept phase of new SparkBlue functionalities and technical updates
- provide input in concept and design phases of new sparkblue functions
- test new functionality on accpetance/test site and sign off on these new functions as ‘ready for live site’
