UNDP is announcing a call for expression of interest for candidates who are interested in working with UNDP for a position Project Assistant. The call will be open until 31 December 2023.
The received applications will be periodically reviewed by UNDP, and potential candidates might be invited to apply for specific Project Assistant position once opened, or office vetted roster.

- Perform administrative and financial duties related to implementation of the project;
- Provide administrative and operational support to implementation of the project ensuring full operational compliance and quality of business processes;
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Project;
- Support project manager in ensuring effective mainstreaming of gender equality

Ability to produce periodic qualitative and quantitative performance reports to facilitate effective decision making and performance monitoring. Ability to use a range of costing techniques and analyse cost related data to provide quantitative information to the users of reports.
Financial Reporting and analysis
Ability to extract, evaluate financial data, derive relevant findings and present them in a meaningful and coherent manner to facilitate effective decision making and performance monitoring.
Understands the benefits of integrated reporting,
including non-financial resources such as human, social and intellectual capital, and environmental and governance performance.
Ability to support budgetary aspects of work planning process, drawing and management of team budgets
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and unambiguous manner both through written and verbal communication; to tailor messages and choose communication methods depending on the audience
Ability to manage communications internally and externally, through media, social media and other appropriate channels.
Qualifications et expériences requises
Min. Education requirements
Secondary education is required, or
University degree (Bachelor´s degree) will be given due consideration, but it is not a requirement.
Min. years of relevant work experience
and handling correspondence between different stakeholders, managing day-to-day activities related to event organization, etc, is an asset.
