- Collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery;
- Overseeing the ongoing development and operations of an operational data store and enterprise data warehouse;
- Improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value;
- Overseeing the ongoing development and operations of a business intelligence architecture that enables fact-based decision making and ad hoc analysis and insight generation.
- Overseeing and directing software application implementation includes designing implementation and upgrade schedules, allocating and scheduling staff, overseeing budgets and ensuring work does not disrupt day-to-day business activities;

- Ensure that the UNDP’s DRC website is updated daily and develop new functions to contribute to the website’s sustainability and activities;
- Train new categories of staff to use the various tools.

Qualifications et expériences requises
- Master’s degree in Information systems, Information Management or Bachelors with seven years of experience in,Computer Science or related discipline. Cisco Certified Network Engineer (CCNE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). If certification is not available at the time of recruitment, it should be obtained within 6 months.
- Certification in Business intelligence desired;
- Knowledge of ITIL is considered an asset.
- Minimum five years professional experience or Bachelors with seven years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of information systems design and modelling;
- Perfect knowledge and experience in designing databases and developing web applications;
- Perfect knowledge of ASP.NET;
- Good knowledge in Arcgis and GIS;
- Good knowledge in C#;
- Perfect knowledge of SGBDR SQL Server 2008;
- Perfect knowledge of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript of common web development software, such as DreamWeaver, Visual Studio, Flash, etc. ;
- Knowledge of other programming languages is considered an asset.
- Perfect knowledge of spoken and written French is required. Good knowledge of English is considered an asset.
