General Context

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the ICT Analyst, the ICT Assistant is expected to provide user support, troubleshooting of all CO and agencies ICT equipment, and other related tasks assigned to him/her.

Devoirs et responsabilités

Sharepoint web Applications

• Work with OIMT on SharePoint application setup and add new features on Algeria Co Sharepoint (Calendar, reports, queries, …)

Assist in installation and troubleshooting of the office hardware, software, and network

• Installation of computers, printers, and other ICT related devices

• Troubleshooting of computers, printers, related software, and Internet problems

• Provide end-user support

• Assist in user profile configuration and Support users on :

1- Assist in user laptop/workstation and account setup

2- Assist in setting up ICT related equipment;

3- Assist in setting up video and teleconferencing devices

4- Sharepoint and one drive setup for users

Assist in the LAN and IP Telephony administration

•Assist in network monitoring and troubleshooting

•Assist in IP Telephony monitoring and troubleshooting

•Assist in connecting users to network resources

•Assist in installation of soft or hard phones to users as appropriate

Other Assignments :

• Classify and organize ICT related remnants from the new office establishment for storage or disposal

• Assist in CO users induction to the new office

• Provide daily report to the ICT analyst on the tasks accomplished, incidents, and concerns during the day

• Liaise with UN Agencies when the need arises

• Assist in any other ICT related tasks assigned by the ICT Analyst during the interim period

Compétences

• Good knowledge of PC/LAN operating systems and Microsoft Windows.

• Knowledge of Managing IP Telephony

• Knowledge of Sharepoint

• Good knowledge in French and English in English and French

Qualifications et expériences requises

• University diploma in Computer Science

• Result oriented Spirit

• Team oriented

• Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
