Duties and Responsibilities

1. Support to formulation and implementation of CO overall strategy for developing partnerships with the private and public sector

2. Support to creation of strategic partnerships and resource mobilization

3. building strong partnership with different sectors

4. Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing

Required Skills and Experience

Education: University Degree or equivalent in Business or Public Administration, Economic, Social Science or related field desirable.

Experience: 0 to 10 years of progressively responsible for resource mobilization/strategic partnership building

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Chinese.
