Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Spotlight Initiative regional programme Project Officer (SI Project Officer), the National Consultant is expected to prepare an analysis on the intersectionality of violence (intersecting forms of discrimination) in the Central Asian region. This analysis will help to identify the root causes of gender inequality in certain groups of women (women living with disabilities; women living with HIV; LGBTI community; mothers with many children, single mothers, migrant women, women with criminal records, and elderly women). Thus, it will demonstrate the ambiguous nature of gender inequality, provide a more objective picture of the prevalence of violence against certain groups of women and girls, and contribute to the adoption of adequate measures that consider the specific social situation of certain groups of women and girls.
7) A report on the work done with appendices in the form of a revised report based on discussions, with appendices in the form of recommendations, tables, interview schedules, case studies, etc. It is planned that the National Consultant will work from home and conduct online data collection. The National Consultant will conduct online consultations with representatives of the Spotlight Initiative, civil society partners working with various vulnerable categories and respondents. All results must be submitted within the specified timeline (see IV) and approved by the SI Project Officer. |
