Objective of the Assignment: The selected candidate is expected to design and facilitate the 2019 Staff Retreat of the Egypt Country Office, and prepare a summary report with recommended follow-up action points:

Duties and Responsibilities |
|
Deliverable 1: Formulation of objectives and development of draft agenda In preparation for the retreat, the consultant will develop an agreed to set of objectives and an agenda for the retreat. The consultant will submit a set of draft objectives and a proposed agenda to the Country Office for their review and comment. The consultant will revise both the objectives and the proposed agenda in line with the revisions requested by the Country Office. Deliverable 2: Design of retreat activities and methodology to achieve the required objectives Once the objectives and the agenda have been agreed, the consultant will provide the following deliverables:
Deliverable 3: Delivery of retreat facilitation and coaching sessions The consultant will deliver the retreat workshop at a venue identified by the Country Office in Egypt. The retreat workshop will be held in June 2019. Deliverable 4: Formulation of a comprehensive report and recommendations on the outcomes of the retreat.

Evaluation Criteria UN Women applies a fair and transparent selection process that takes into account both the technical qualification of potential consultants as well as the financial proposals submitted in support of consultant applications. Individual consultants will be evaluated based on the following methodology: Cumulative analysis When using this weighted scoring method, the award of the contract should be made to the individual consultant whose offer has been evaluated and determined as:
Only candidates obtaining a minimum of 49 points in the technical evaluation would be considered for the Financial Evaluation. Criteria Weight Technical: 70%:
Financial - Lowest financial proposal: 30%, (offer must be a lumpsum all inclusive (fees, airticket, accomodation, transportation, meals,...etc). Payment terms: Lumsum all inclusive distributed over the deliveravles, as follows: 1st Payment: 20% for:
