UN Women, grounded in the vision of equality enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, works for the elimination of discrimination against women and girls; the empowerment of women; and the achievement of equality between women and men as partners and beneficiaries of development, human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security. Placing women's rights at the centre of all its efforts, UN Women will lead and coordinate United Nations system efforts to ensure that commitments on gender equality and gender mainstreaming translate into action throughout the world. It will provide strong and coherent leadership in support of Member States' priorities and efforts, building effective partnerships with civil society and other relevant actors. At UN Women Headquarters (HQ), the Strategic Partnership Division includes the Resource Mobilization Section, with the following mandates:
Our approach is to provide service, support and strategic advice. To carry out this work, we maintain and share comprehensive electronic documentation, and support global information availability, essential to the further growth and development of UN Women. Our work complies with United Nations and international practice and standards. As part of ongoing efforts to further streamline and strengthen our work on resource mobilization, the Partner Intelligence, Visibility & Analysis Team (PIVA) of the Resource Mobilization section focuses on data collection and organization, analysis, forecasting and synthesizing to enhance decision-making on partnerships, partner visibility and interaction, as well as knowledge management and sharing. Under the overall guidance and supervision of the PIVA Team Lead and in close collaboration with other members of the Resource Mobilization section, the Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Specialist will distill the information related to partnerships with the public sector and disseminate the knowledge to support UN Women's coordinated engagement with partners on funding.

Duties and Responsibilities |

Coordinate the partner intelligence research, analysis and creation of products to support implementation of resource mobilization strategies:
Develop intelligence and knowledge products related to partnerships with the public sector and disseminate internally to support institutional capacity on partner relations:
Develop and update funding partner information for external dissemination in UN Women corporate reports and on-line information platforms:
Ensure harmonization of partner information to contribute to strengthened partnerships:
